The training course was held on November 12-22, 2018 in Hanoi, Vietnam. It gave a sound introduction to the use of spatial data to analyze, map and visualize hazard, vulnerability and risk exposition of elements at risk and to perform risk assessments to support risk-sensitive spatial planning, decision making processes and preparedness planning in the framework of Disaster Risk Management.
