The Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. XIII attended the first-ever Mining Caravan on April 6, 2022 in the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte. Primarily aimed at showcasing the contributions of the mining companies and mineral processing plant operating in Claver, the caravan marked the start of the mining season. Officials and Staff of the Local Government Unit of Claver, MGB Regional Office No. XIII, Adnama Mining Resources, Inc. (AMRI), Platinum Group Metals Corporation (PGMC), Taganito Mining Corporation (TMC) and Taganito HPAL Nickel Corporation (THPAL) were in attendance at the said activity. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. XIII took part in the benchmarking of the Placer Small-scale Mining Association, Inc. (PSSMAI) and the Local Government Unit of Placer on March 30, 2022 at the mine site of Masabong Village Small-Scale Miners Association (MAVISSMA) in Rosario, Agusan del Sur. The MGB Regional Office No. XIII participants comprised Regional Director Larry M. Heradez and a number of technical staff. Mr. Emmanuel B.
